Job Description
Job Summary Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient's families within an interdisciplinary team setting. Education Education Type Program of Study Required/Preferred High School Diploma or GED N/A Required Bachelor's Degree Social Work or Related Required Master's Degree Social Work or Related Required
- Required within five (5) months of start date if not matriculated at the time of hire. Experience Number of Years Type of Experience Required/Preferred 1 Year Healthcare or Social Work Services Preferred Certification & Licensures Certification/Licensure Type Required/Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- SAFE Approach Level III Required
- Applicable professional license issued by the Texas State Board Required
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
- Required within four (4) months of graduation date -OR- four (4) months of start date if graduated at the time of hire.
