Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join San Antonio Orthodontics! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with their care. As a key part of the patient experience, our Treatment Coordinators play an essential role in ensuring each patient feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities include:
Presenting treatment plans and financial estimates with clarity and compassion Educating patients on recommended care and answering questions to ensure understanding Coordinating and scheduling treatment appointments Following up with patients who have pending or incomplete treatment Verifying insurance benefits and ensuring accuracy of eligibility information Assisting patients with financial arrangements and payment options Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth daily operations Answering and returning patient calls in a timely and professional manner Supporting team members and providers as needed to maintain efficient clinic flow Ability to travel amongst clinics according to organizational needs Your work helps create an environment where patients feel confident in their care decisions and supported every step of the way. Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Friday schedules vary according to patient schedule)
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Active RDA license Current CPR certification Travel amongst clinics required
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in dental is beneficial Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused mindset Why Full Smile?
