Job Description

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Albrechtsen & Fanelli Orthodontics Ogden, UT Job Details Full-time $23 - $29 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Deal closing Objection handling (sales technique) Patient question and concern management Sales Orthodontics Full Job Description Position Overview Albrechtsen and Fanelli Orthodontics is seeking a confident, personable, highly motivated, and results-driven Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a sales position focused on case acceptance and patient conversion. Your primary responsibility will be to guide new patients through the consultation process, clearly present treatment options, discuss financial options, and help patients confidently move forward with care. This role requires someone who is comfortable talking about money. You will present treatment fees and financing options, answer financial questions, and have follow-up conversations with patients and parents about their investment in orthodontic treatment. You must be comfortable asking questions, understanding a patient's concerns, addressing financial objections, and directly asking for the opportunity to start treatment. We are looking for someone who understands that these conversations are an important part of helping patients move forward—not something to avoid or feel uncomfortable discussing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving goals. While orthodontic experience is preferred, we believe the right attitude, work ethic, and coachability are just as important as experience. We are not simply looking to fill a position—we are looking for the right person to join our team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, welcomes coaching and constructive feedback, and is willing to continuously work on improving their communication, presentation, and sales skills. The right candidate will be comfortable participating in role-playing exercises, reviewing performance metrics, receiving direct feedback, and making adjustments based on that feedback. Because this is a sales-focused position, resilience is essential. Not every patient will say yes immediately, and some patients will need time to think through the financial commitment of orthodontic treatment. We are looking for someone who can handle those situations professionally, remain positive, follow up appropriately, and continue working toward the next opportunity without taking rejection personally. If you are someone who is coachable, comfortable talking about money, willing to ask the necessary follow-up questions, motivated by results, and committed to continually improving , you may be an excellent fit for our team. We are a family-run, locally owned orthodontic practice—not a corporation. Our team is close-knit, and we genuinely enjoy working together. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We believe you can work hard, hold each other accountable, and still have a lot of fun along the way. We enjoy spending time together both in and outside of the office, and creating a positive, energetic team environment is important to us. We are looking for someone who will not only be a great fit professionally, but also someone who will enjoy being part of our team and contribute to the culture we have worked hard to build.
