Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator Full-Time or Part-Time | Seattle, WA Private Practice | No nights or weekends Are you a people person who also loves animals? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our veterinary hospital. At Atlantic Veterinary Hospital , we're a family-owned (non-corporate) small animal clinic just south of downtown Seattle. What It's Like Here We laugh together, support each other, and deliver high-quality care No restraining pets or cleaning kennels — this is a people-facing role We're busy, but we're kind — and we take care of our team and clients What You'll Be Doing Working under our office manager, you'll be responsible for: Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Managing check-ins, weighing patients, and updating records in our digital system Answering multi-line phones and helping clients schedule appointments Handling payments and invoices with accuracy and confidence Monitoring text messages, email and physical mail communications throughout the day Supporting daily front desk tasks: tidying, restocking, and keeping the lobby welcoming Following client education protocols and directing questions to the right team member What We're Looking For We're hiring for attitude and professionalism — we'll teach you the rest!
