Job Description

Job Title:
Resident Care Coordinator - 1st Shift Full Time (6AM-2PM and 8AM-4:30PM)
Location:
Neenah, WI Pay:
$20/hour based on experience
Schedule:
1st Shift, every other weekend What you'll do As an Resident Care Coordinator , you'll partner closely with the Administrator to support both resident wellness and daily operations: Provide direct personal care (bathing, dressing, transfers, mobility, meals), monitor health, and lead daily activities that promote engagement and independence Administer medications in compliance with
DHS 83, DHS
89, and company policy, and oversee cart organization, auditing, and cycle-fill check-in Maintain accurate, compliant resident files; complete daily notes, incident reports, and shift reports; and prepare records for physician visits Manage inventory and ordering, coordinate appointments and transportation, and support audits, compliance checklists, and facility upkeep Respond per established procedures, including contacting 911 when a resident is in distress Support new hire orientation and training while reinforcing a professional, respectful workplace Requirements CBRF certification required, all 4 courses completed and on the Wisconsin registry Proven reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work independently Prior experience in residential care or healthcare (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Alignment with Adava Care's core values and culture Successful completion of Adava Care's 90-day introductory period with a strong performance record Schedule & work environment Must work every other weekend, with flexible availability including on-call rotation and coverage of open shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents with transfers and mobility Comfortable working in a busy, resident-centered environment that may involve exposure to bodily fluids, cleaning agents, and fluctuating temperatures Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 6% company match Paid time off (PTO) Stable schedules and consistent support from leadership Apply Today If you're looking for a role where reliability and compassion are recognized and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you!
