Neenah, WI Pay Rate:
$26.00 - $27.00 per hour We are looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to oversee all aspects of quality management. The Quality Coordinator's responsibilities include inspecting processes and ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. The Quality Coordinator provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion. To be successful as a Quality Coordinator, you should be able to ensure that all processes and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Job Duties Lead daily manufacturing quality operations and provide on-floor quality support Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain quality documentation and specifications within EtQ Support internal audits, CAPA processes, and nonconformance investigations Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements Verify corrective action effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives Conduct daily quality reviews, process confirmations, and escalation management Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support business objectives Build and maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships Support

implementation and ongoing compliance efforts Requirements Associate degree preferred or equivalent industry experience 1-3 years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with
ISO 9001
standards Internal auditing and corrective action experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Medical device industry experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial. Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial. Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
