Job Summary Do what you do best....Adjust! No need to go out and collect patients, no need for spinal screenings. We do all of the marketing. You bring your excellent clinical skills, compassionate bedside manner, and strong organizational skills. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and skilled part -time Chiropractor for about 25 hours per week to include potential evenings and Saturdays for our Hayward and San Jose clinics. Days will be split between these two clinics hence reliable transportation is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on the spine and other joints. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to follow clinic protocols on patient care and documentation. The Chiropractor will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS AND WE WILL COMPENSATE EXTRA FOR THIS SKILL. MEDICAL SPANISH FLUENCY WILL BE CONSIDERED AS WELL.
Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient evaluations. Utilize various chiropractic techniques and physiotherapy modalities to treat conditions such as acute pain, chronic pain, and injuries. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress. Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic care, medical terminology, and imaging techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to chiropractic practice. Proficiency in patient observation and assessment techniques. Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Experience in acute pain management strategies. Familiarity with medical imaging processes and interpretation. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate environment.
