Full Job Description Position Overview:
Seeking an Upper Cervical Chiropractor with Blair Upper Cervical Technique training to serve as the primary doctor in a growing multi-office upper cervical practice. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, holds themselves to a high standard of patient care, and is committed to delivering excellent clinical results. Once onboarding is complete, you will take on a lead doctor and clinical director role for this location with equity sharing and ownership options. We are seeking a doctor who desires long-term growth as part of our team who is willing take on leadership and clinic management responsibilities—without the burden of practice ownership. The owner has 2 practice locations and would ideally like a doctor interesting in purchasing the practice. The practice is a legacy upper cervical practice with 20 years of patient base, built-in internal and external referral system and the goodwill and reputation that produces consistent new patients without any external marketing. The new owner would walk into a guaranteed income stream. Ideal Opportunity for

Take and analyze Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT/3D-XR) imaging. Perform precise Blair Upper Cervical adjustments, utilizing CBCT imaging and Stress Analysis for Upper Cervical Subluxation Complex protocols. Build trust and educate patients about upper cervical care and the healing process. Foster a supportive, patient-centered environment, consistently going above and beyond for each patient. Maintain professional communication and records with accuracy and integrity. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, upholding a high standard of care. Practice Growth & Future Leadership Embrace mentorship, feedback, and ongoing professional development. Clear path to advancement to equity sharing or owner. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. Active state chiropractic license (or eligibility before start). Formal, prior training in the Blair Upper Cervical Technique (Primary level required at minimum). XR Supervisory and Operator Permit. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Commitment to clinical excellence, high standards of care, and outstanding patient outcomes. Strong work ethic, dependability, and accountability. A good heart with a passion for upper cervical care.
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience as a lead or sole practitioner is a plus. Desire for long-term growth and leadership in a high-standard, expanding practice.
NOTE:
All applicants must have completed the Blair Primary Technique training prior to employment. This demonstrates a foundational commitment to the Blair technique, ensures readiness to care for patients independently from day one, and ensures we invest in doctors who are equally invested in our technique and mission. Completion of Stress Analysis of the Upper Cervical Subluxation Complex Training are expected within the first 2 months of employment. The cost of training is the responsibility of the candidate; the candidate may be eligible for reimbursement of training costs following completion of each training level and a specified period of employment. Full details will be outlined in the employment agreement.
