Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on improving their overall health and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, exceptional observational skills, and the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. I have 3 locations and one other requirement is for the doctor to be able to cover the other offices when needed. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their chiropractic needs. Utilize patient observation techniques to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop appropriate care plans. Perform various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and pain management strategies. Educate patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and provide guidance on injury prevention. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic practices and integrate new techniques as appropriate. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice chiropractic medicine. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in acute pain management and developing individualized care plans is preferred. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding. Ability to effectively communicate with patients regarding their conditions and treatment options. Strong observational skills to assess patient needs accurately.
