Job Description

FULLTIME POSITION
  • SPLIT
SHIFTS MONDAY
  • FRIDAY
  • 9:00AM-7:00PM LUNCH 1:00pm to 3:00PM Job Title (cross trained position): Front Desk/Therapist-Medical Assistant Spanish Required
  • Front Desk 1.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient intake. 2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients. 3. Process patient payments 4. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Therapist/Medical Assistant 1. Prepare patients for chiropractic care, including taking vitals and reviewing medical history. 2. Assist chiropractor with exams, adjustments, and other procedures. 3.. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. 4. Provide patient education on chiropractic care, exercise, and nutrition. 5. Assist with physical therapy modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. 6. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
Other Duties:
1. Stay up-to-date on chiropractic techniques and best practices. 2. Participate in continuing education and training programs. 3. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. 4. Perform other duties as assigned by the chiropractor or office manager.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work split shifts and have reliable transportation

$14.00
