Overview Our ideal Associate Chiropractor will have strong communication and relationship-building skills. They will be a leader with a magnetic and charismatic personality who takes pride in leading a chiropractic office and team. We are looking for someone who will always do what is best for the practice, even when no one is looking over their shoulder. This is a place where you will not be micromanaged, and where patients genuinely listen to what you say because we have established a foundation of trust. Some soft tissue work is performed on most patients. You will not be required to do any marketing.

Your focus will be simple:

treat patients, genuinely connect with them as people, and earn their trust. We do not push aggressive treatment plans. You can genuinely recommend what you feel the patient needs within your clinical judgement. Our hiring timeline is flexible, but likely won't bring anyone on before December. Our team is happy, hard-working and drama free. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on pain management, rehabilitation, and functional improvement. Perform chiropractic diversified techniques, trigger point therapy, and manual therapy to alleviate pain and restore mobility. Utilize medical imaging and diagnostics to support accurate healthcare diagnoses and treatment strategies. Out-of-office referrals only. Manage acute pain cases with evidence-based approaches, ensuring safe and effective interventions. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention to promote long-term health benefits. Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR/EHR systems, maintaining detailed records of physical assessments and treatment progress. Occasionally treat with shockwave or other passive modalities. Experience Proven experience in Chiropractic (3 years minimum) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, pain medicine, and biomechanics essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. Hands-on experience with chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and patient rehabilitation methods. Familiarity with healthcare diagnosis processes, medical imaging interpretation, and client communication skills for clear patient education. Experience working with EMR/EHR systems to document care plans, progress notes, and treatment outcomes efficiently. We use Chirotouch. Personal Injury (MVA case management) is a big plus. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
