Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our vibrant healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver expert chiropractic care focused on improving patient well-being through precise diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and personalized rehabilitation strategies. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations to accurately evaluate musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. Manage acute pain cases effectively by applying pain medicine principles and advanced biomechanics knowledge. Perform primary care functions related to musculoskeletal system diagnostics, including medical imaging interpretation and client communication. Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize recovery outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical terminology within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation strategies. Experience Proven experience in patient observation, physical assessments, and physical examinations within a chiropractic or related healthcare setting. Strong background in musculoskeletal diagnostics, biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and healthcare diagnosis. Demonstrated expertise in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain management experience. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate record-keeping and documentation of patient care plans. Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to communicate clearly with patients regarding their treatment options. Experience in occupational health settings or primary care environments is preferred but not required. A commitment to evidence-based practice with a focus on patient-centered care that emphasizes rehabilitation and pain management strategies.
