Chiropractor Assistant Carlyle Wellness is in search of a positive, upbeat go-getter to join our team as a Chiropractor Assistant to oversee our Longevity Program, which includes multiple therapies to help increase the quality of life of our patients. A day in the life of a Chiropractor Assistant (CA): You will spend most of your day performing therapies on patients, tracking their progress, generating reports and keeping the doctor up to date on their care. You will also be Dr. Carlyle's assistant helping to progress new chiropractic patients through their chiropractic care and managing the back office flow and daily duties. Chiropractic Assistant duties include but are not limited to: Perform various evaluations and therapies. Generate report of results for Dr. Maintain up-to-date detailed patient notes Schedule patients, track progress and call to keep them on schedule Maintain cleanliness of back office Help Dr with chiropractic exams, x-rays, and patient flow Answer phones, schedule patients, and help out in the front office as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for helping people, medical office or customer service experience with references, and a positive go-getter attitude required. All of the training to do the job will be provided both on site and online. This is a veteran and family owned small business that has been serving the community for 27 years and is built on quality, professional care and outstanding customer service. We're offering 30+ hours a week. Start at $18/hr with an opportunity to increase to $20/hr on 90 day evaluation.
