Job Description
Job Overview Goebel Chiropractic Wellness is seeking to add another Chiropractic physician to our family-focused, multi-doctor team. This position is for you if: you like a fast-paced, high-energy work environment, you are a confident adjuster and willing to grow and learn our system and the Cox protocol, you are philosophically subluxation-based and grounded in the principle of Chiropractic! Ideal candidates do not have to be familiar with our specific adjusting styles. We will provide on-the-job training to assist you in developing your chiropractic knowledge and skills! We use a combination of the Cox protocol, Diversified, and Thompson drop techniques. We have in-office digital X-ray, INSiGHT Functional Neurologic testing, as well as 3D Foot scanning. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, the ability to develop effective care plans, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life through chiropractic techniques. Goebel Chiropractic has served the Fort Wayne community for more than 100 years and is now in its fourth generation of chiropractic care. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plans. Develop individualized care plans that address specific patient needs, including occupational health considerations. Administer various chiropractic techniques, including Cox Protocol, Diversified, and Thompsons. Monitor patient progress through regular observation and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients on lifestyle changes and exercises that promote overall health and wellness. Collaborate with other doctors on staff to provide comprehensive services. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required. Strong knowledge of physiology and adjustment techniques is essential. Previous experience in patient care, particularly in managing musculoskeletal conditions, is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
