This is a unique opportunity for a chiropractor who wants to provide excellent patient care while also gaining valuable experience in the day-to-day operations of a successful chiropractic practice. You will be the sole chiropractic provider in this office , giving you the opportunity to take ownership of patient care, develop strong relationships with your patients and team, and see firsthand what running your own practice can look like. About the Practice Our collaborative, therapy-based approach combines chiropractic care with physical therapy and rehabilitation to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient. We primarily serve personal injury and cash-pay patients and do not accept health insurance at this time. Most importantly, this is a referral-driven practice . We are not looking for a chiropractor to spend their time generating leads - this is something that our marketing team handles for you. No screenings. No lectures. No outside marketing required. We want our chiropractor focused on what matters most: providing excellent care, communicating effectively with patients and staff, and helping coordinate appropriate treatment. Responsibilities include : Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, discussing symptoms and concerns, and performing appropriate examinations. Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to identify conditions that may benefit from chiropractic care. Develop and communicate appropriate individualized treatment recommendations. Perform manual chiropractic adjustments to the spine and other articulations of the body when clinically appropriate. Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, rehabilitation, and the potential benefits of chiropractic care. Coordinate patient care with therapy and rehabilitation services as appropriate. Order or arrange diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary. Review and analyze diagnostic imaging as appropriate to assist with diagnosis and rule out contraindications to treatment. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient documentation and case histories. Build positive, professional, and trusting doctor-patient relationships. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other members of the care team. Provide clinical leadership within the office in collaboration with the Office Manager. Help maintain a positive, efficient, patient-centered office environment. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, as applicable to licensure requirements Successful completion of applicable NBCE examinations required for state licensure Current or eligible Doctor of Chiropractic license in the applicable state Eligible to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Strong chiropractic adjusting and clinical skills Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative Ability to work collaboratively while serving as the primary provider in the office Additional Skills Experience or certification in any of the following is a plus, but not required : Active Release Techniques (ART) Graston Technique / IASTM Dry needling Acupuncture Rehabilitation or physical therapy-based treatment techniques Who We're Looking For The right person for this position is more than a skilled clinician.
