We're looking for an energetic, dependable, people-loving Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team! No chiropractic experience necessary — we will train the right person. Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week Our office schedule is: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday — must be available 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Saturday — 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Closed Thursdays & Sundays We're looking for someone who is positive, professional, reliable, great with people, and excited to be part of a fast-paced chiropractic practice.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals, assist with patient assessments, and contribute to holistic wellness practices. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, assist with intake procedures, and gather detailed health histories Support chiropractors during patient examinations and adjustments, ensuring safety and comfort Manage patient records using medical software, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation Educate patients on post-treatment care, including nutrition, postpartum support, breastfeeding guidance, and lifestyle modifications Assist with telehealth platforms for remote consultations and follow-up appointments Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear instructions and empathetic support Support additional wellness services such as Reiki or other holistic therapies as needed Experience Prior experience working in a healthcare setting or chiropractic clinic is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques is highly desirable Familiarity with medical software systems used for scheduling and record keeping is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations, including families and new mothers Understanding of labor & delivery processes, postpartum care, and nutrition support will enhance your ability to assist patients holistically Experience working with telehealth platforms or providing patient education remotely is advantageous A caring attitude combined with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally will make you a valuable team member

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
