• $110,000-$250,000+ earning potential at full production Who we are Aervita is a growing cash-pay integrative clinic in Edina built around hyperbaric oxygen therapy, functional medicine, and recovery technology.

Our floor runs two OxyHealth Fortius 420 chambers alongside LED light therapy and PEMF, supported by a team of IBUM-certified hyperbaric technicians and a safety program led by an IBUM-certified Safety Director. We're launching a flagship cardiometabolic program and expanding our functional medicine services — which is why we're adding a chiropractor who wants to grow with that side of the practice. This is not an adjustment-mill associate job. It's a build-your-book role in a clinic with real patient flow, modern tools, and services your patients actually want. The role Deliver chiropractic care the right way: thorough new-patient examinations including orthopedic and neurological testing, clear diagnoses, and documentation that stands on its own Build and manage your own functional medicine patient base, with clinic support: health coaching staff, Practice Better, Fullscript dispensary, and an established local patient community Provide on-site clinical oversight of technician-delivered therapy sessions during your scheduled days Full-time preferred: full-day shifts (8am-7pm) or partial shifts (8am-1:30pm / 1:30pm-7pm), built around a consistent weekly schedule Compensation and benefits W-2 position, commission-based on collections for services you personally deliver, with production tiers that reward a growing book Additional commission opportunities across clinic services, detailed at interview Minimum wage floor every week and overtime per Minnesota law — commission upside without commission risk Paid time off compliant with Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time Sponsored hyperbaric certification (approx. $2,500 value) through the International Board of Undersea Medicine, plus annual maintenance Mentorship in functional medicine program delivery and hyperbaric clinical applications Realistic earnings range from $110,000 while building your patient base to $250,000+ at full schedule and production.
