Responsibilities Take and document vital signs and patient health histories to assist chiropractors in assessing patient conditions. Assist with patient intake, ensuring a welcoming experience while gathering necessary information for treatment planning. Support clinical documentation efforts, accurately recording treatment details and patient progress. Help position patients comfortably during examinations and therapies to optimize treatment effectiveness. Apply prescribed physiotherapy modalities, including heat therapy, electrical stimulation, and laser therapy, under the supervision of the chiropractor. Assist patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs to promote recovery and mobility. Monitor patients during treatments, observing for any concerns or adverse reactions, and promptly report findings to the chiropractor. Prepare treatment areas efficiently, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for each session. Perform front-office duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Experience Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
