Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractor Assistant and play a vital role in supporting patient care and treatment plans. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with licensed chiropractors, assisting in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth clinic operations, enhancing patient comfort, and contributing to effective pain management strategies. Duties Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatment procedures, including physical assessments and manual therapies Observe and monitor patients' responses to treatments, noting any changes or concerns related to acute pain or discomfort Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, including medical imaging tools, are sanitized and ready for use Educate patients on post-treatment care plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to understand patient conditions and assist effectively Excellent patient observation skills to identify signs of acute pain or distress during treatments Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments accurately Familiarity with medical terminology, medical imaging procedures, and the basics of pain management techniques such as trigger point therapy Ability to communicate clearly with patients regarding their care plans and treatment expectations Experience in chiropractic clinics and PI/MVA Demonstrated understanding of patient care principles, including safety protocols and confidentiality standards If you're motivated by helping others achieve better health through compassionate support and clinical excellence, we invite you to apply!
