We combine individualized conservative care with access to interventional pain-management evaluation and treatment when clinically appropriate. This is not an adjustment-only role. We are looking for a thoughtful, collaborative clinician who can evaluate the whole patient, deliver high-quality multimodality care, measure progress, communicate clearly and work comfortably alongside pain-management physicians and the broader clinical team. Schedule and compensation Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday full office days, potentially Saturday mornings Approximately 28 paid hours per week $50-$60 per hour, W-2, based on experience, clinical strengths and fit Opportunity for future performance-based compensation as patient volume and the position grow; no bonus is guaranteed at hire Potential to transition to full-time as patient demand and practice volume grow; conversion is not guaranteed What you will do Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal histories, examinations and clinically appropriate reassessments. Develop individualized, goal-oriented conservative care plans using chiropractic manual care, functional rehabilitation, neuromuscular reeducation, therapeutic exercise and appropriate modalities within your training and scope. Use clinical findings and patient-reported or functional outcome measures to evaluate progress and modify care. Identify red flags, nonresponders and patients who may benefit from physician evaluation, diagnostic workup or interventional pain-management consultation. Review relevant records and diagnostic imaging and communicate coordinated recommendations to patients and the clinical team. Maintain complete, accurate and timely EHR documentation and support clean billing and authorization workflows. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, protocol development and selected community or professional outreach activities. Help shape a growing service line and create a consistently excellent patient experience. Required qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program. Active, unrestricted New Jersey chiropractic license by the start date and eligibility for credentialing with applicable payers. Able to maintain New Jersey-required professional liability coverage and satisfy background, exclusion and reference checks. Strong musculoskeletal examination, clinical reasoning, patient-education and documentation skills. Comfort using an EHR and working within standardized clinical and operational workflows. Preferred qualifications Two or more years of clinical experience; exceptional early-career candidates will be considered. Experience in an integrated, rehabilitation, sports-medicine, orthopedic or pain-management setting. Experience with functional rehabilitation, neuromuscular reeducation, therapeutic exercise and nonoperative spine or joint care. Sound knowledge of diagnostic imaging, referral thresholds and coordinated care. A growth mindset and interest in developing into a full-time role as the practice expands.
