Chiropractor - High-Growth Opportunity with Strong Earning Potential & Autonomy We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and compassionate Chiropractor who is ready to take ownership of patient care and grow both clinically and financially. You will join a true multidisciplinary team that includes two other chiropractors, acupuncture, massage therapy, physical therapy, and an in-house nurse practitioner/MD. This collaborative environment allows you to deliver comprehensive care while working closely with other providers to support the best possible patient outcomes. You will direct patient care end-to-end: thorough examinations, accurate diagnosis, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing management. We place strong emphasis on workers' compensation and personal injury cases and are happy to provide full training and mentorship in these areas if needed. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, delivering excellent outcomes, and contributing to the growth of the practice. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed history, physical examinations, and evaluation of musculoskeletal and neurological findings Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on acute and chronic pain, functional restoration, and long-term musculoskeletal health Utilize manual therapies, trigger point techniques, rehabilitation guidance, and other evidence-based approaches Interpret medical imaging and clinical findings to refine diagnoses and treatment strategies Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and recovery expectations Manage workers' compensation and personal injury cases (training provided) Collaborate closely with our in-house nurse practitioner/MD, physical therapists, acupuncturist, massage therapists, and fellow chiropractors to coordinate care Maintain clear, compliant documentation of examinations, treatment plans, and progress Stay current with best practices in chiropractic care and pain management Who We're Looking For Licensed (or license-eligible) Doctor of Chiropractic with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, physical examination, and clinical reasoning Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset—someone who wants to grow a patient base, take on increasing responsibility, and directly influence their own income Experience (or strong interest) in workers' compensation and personal injury preferred; we will train the right person Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered, collaborative approach Desire for autonomy and the opportunity to expand clinical and practice responsibilities over time Why This Role Stands Out This position offers substantial growth potential.
