The opportunity is unusually good This is not a typical associate position where you're hired, handed an empty schedule and taught how to fill it. We're preparing for a major patient transition that is expected to bring a substantial number of established chiropractic patients into our practice. The path to a busy schedule is largely being created for you. We're bringing the patient opportunity, infrastructure, team, systems, billing, mentorship and clinical support. We have a compensation structure that rewards you as your schedule grows. You need to be great with people and great with your hands Our patients value excellent adjusting. You should be confident, adaptable and comfortable working with many different bodies and personalities. You should be good at more than just adjusting. Dry needling experience is a major plus, and we'd especially love someone who is already certified and confident using it. You should also genuinely like people. You should enjoy getting to know them, remember what matters to them, care when they're struggling and feel proud when they get better. And when someone isn't improving, you should care enough to get curious.
