Center Director OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers provide a non-invasive, drug-free approach to managing musculoskeletal pain & inflammation. The Center Director is responsible for leading the center, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and driving strong clinical, operational, and business results. We are seeking leaders—particularly licensed Chiropractor—who are ready to expand their impact beyond traditional clinical practice while continuing to maintain a meaningful connection to patient care. Leadership & Culture Lead by modeling & reinforcing OrthoLazer's core values. Coach & develop a high-performing team. Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Patient Experience & Clinical Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the center. Educate patients about laser therapy & treatment expectations. Ensure every patient receives a personalized experience. Provide laser therapy treatments to patients Operations & Business Performance Oversee daily center operations including staffing, inventory, financial reporting. Monitor key performance metrics, drive revenue & patient growth. Provider Relationships Build & maintain strong referral relationships with physicians. Represent OrthoLazer with professionalism, clinical credibility, and service excellence. Required Background Licensed Chiropractor. Experience working with patients in musculoskeletal or orthopedic care. 3+ years Leadership or management experience in healthcare, wellness, or related settings, including managing staff. Strong understanding of anatomy, orthopedic conditions, and recovery processes. Proven experience supervising teams and coordinating daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Ideal Experience Exposure to business operations, financial performance, or practice management. Comfort using technology. Self-starter mindset.

Compensation Base Salary:

$60,000-$80,000 annually Performance Based Bonus Benefits Medical/Dental/PTO/401
