Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, and musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services Treat patients experiencing TBI, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement customized exercise and rehabilitation programs Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, speech therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active Oklahoma Chiropractor license or ability to obtain Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Experience with neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, or balance rehabilitation is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience with EMR systems preferred
