This role is built for a doctor who is past the early ramp-up phase and ready to build a full patient load with real autonomy — someone who already has a treatment style, a comfort level with manual therapy and rehab, and the clinical judgment to manage a mixed caseload of sports medicine, general wellness, and motor vehicle accident (MVA/PIP) patients. We are not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to adjust. We're looking for a doctor who wants a well-run clinic, a full schedule, and a growth path — whether that means building a specialty niche, taking on leadership responsibility, or simply practicing at a high level without the overhead of running a business.

Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Manual therapy skills: Sports chiropractors should have proficiency in manual therapy techniques such as ART, Graston, and myofascial release Sports rehabilitation knowledge: A sports chiropractor should have a strong understanding of sports rehabilitation and be able to create and implement treatment plans that help athletes recover from injuries and improve athletic performance Ability to work as part of a larger team of healthcare professionals, including massage therapists, PT's and acupuncturist As such, they should have strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package based on your skills and experience, A salary of $65,000 is provided for the first 3 months of employment, after which compensation switches to commission only at a rate of 40% of collections with the top tier being 50% of collections. Momentum also pays for first year malpractice insurance (if you are starting in practice) and licensing for the first year of employment. In addition, we offer a health stipend of $75 untaxed per pay period, a $1,000 annual continuing education allowance, 3% match retirement, paid vacation (7 PTO days + 8 major holidays. More PTO is included in subsequent years), as well as bonuses based on team performance.
