Currently we are two DCs, 1 ND, four LMTs, a billing specialist, a receptionist, and an office manager. We're looking for a DC who: Enjoys clinical decision-making and individualized care Uses a variety of techniques and approaches Values collaboration and patient education Wants to build long-term patient relationships Is kind, curious, and committed to excellent care What we offer: Flexible schedule Established patient base with opportunity to grow $40,000-$120,000 depending on schedule and patient volume Health insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off Administrative, scheduling, and billing support Beautiful, remodeled in 2025, multidisciplinary clinic Candidate MUST be available to work Mondays. Currently Monday-Thursday is offered with full reception support. Rooms available Monday-Sundays. Hours are flexible and can range from part time to full time. We are open to a chiropractor wanting to work 2-5 days per week Friday-Sunday is fully available with limited reception support and would be ideal for an independent contractor needing a location with two types of chiropractic tables, a roller-table, a room for physical therapy/exercise, and many other supplies. Pay commensurate with hours worked/services billed. Collections based pay with a percentage split - the amount of services you bill directly impacts your take home. We offer 1-2 months of base hourly pay while you are training and getting started growing your clientele at the office. Compensation split commensurate with experience. New graduates interested in mentorship and growing a practice are welcome to apply. We have had DCs work fewer days and make $50k a year and DCs who work full time and make $100k+ a year Our treatment model is comprehensive, offering manipulation, massage, therapeutic/rehab exercises, and holistic care. We are open to a chiropractor who prefers 15 minute adjustment only appointments, or a chiropractor who likes 30-45 minute appointments spent doing many modalities with their patient. Currently, our two chiropractors offer thirty minute appointments or 15-minute appointments on the same day as massage, and they both do more than just spinal manipulation in their visit. (ex. therapeutic stretching, soft tissue, etc). We have strong referral relationships with many specialists in the community including NDs, MDs, PTs. Interested in learning more?
