About Core Health Chiropractic Core Health Chiropractic has served Berks County families since 2016. We are not a walk-in adjustment shop. We are a multidisciplinary practice built around one idea: the nervous system is the root of health, and every family member deserves care built around that, from newborns to grandparents. Under one roof, our patients get chiropractic care, physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, massage, SoftWave therapy, and personal training. We treat pregnancy, infants, kids, and adults. We run in-house X-rays. We do not guess. We do not accept walk-ins. We build real plans and we stick to them. If you want to practice real chiropractic, on your own patients, with a team that already believes in whole-family, nervous-system-first care, this is that room. 2. Role Mission Own the full care experience for your patient panel, from exam to Report of Findings to structured care plan, so every patient at Core Health moves through a clear, effective path to better health under your care. 3. Who We Are Looking For We want a licensed chiropractor who: Believes in treating the nervous system, not just chasing pain Wants to build long-term relationships with patients across every age group, not just adjust and move on Is comfortable presenting a real care plan and holding a patient accountable to it Brings energy and warmth into the room. Patients should feel like they are known here, not processed Wants to grow into a bigger role on a growing team, not just fill a chair This is not the seat for a chiropractor who wants to crack backs and send people out the door. It is the seat for someone who wants to run cases. 4. Responsibilities & Expectations Conduct new patient exams and build rapport before discussing findings (Visit 1) Deliver clear Reports of Findings and close patients into the right care plan tier at Visit 2, every time Manage an active patient panel through their full plan: consistent care, re-exams, and progress reviews Document all visits in ChiroTouch to the standard required for insurance and workers' comp billing Coordinate with our physical therapy, pelvic floor, massage, and SoftWave providers so patients get truly integrated care Communicate plainly with patients about their nervous system, their scans, and their progress, so they understand why the plan matters Show up as a Core Health culture carrier: know your patients, remember them, and show up for them 5. Required Experience & Skills Required Active PA chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one before start date) Comfortable presenting financial care plans and asking for the close Strong documentation habits (EHR experience preferred, ChiroTouch a plus) Preferred Webster Technique certification (pregnancy care) Experience with pediatric or family-based chiropractic care Experience working alongside PT, massage, or other integrated providers No minimum years of experience required.
