Full training provided

• no chiropractic experience required
• and we pay for your X-ray certification after your 90-day probationary period. Pay is $20
• 25 per hour, 35.

5 hours per week, with paid vacation, paid sick time, bonus opportunities, and discounted care for your family after a 90 probationary period. No weekends.

Monday, 7:00 am

• 2:30 pm Wednesday, 1:00 pm
• 7:00 pm Thursday, 2:00 pm
• 7:00 pm Friday, 7:00 am

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid position, and that's the best part of it. Part of your day is financial: managing client accounts, explaining treatment plans, and walking clients through their payment options. The rest is hands-on with our clients, assisting our doctors and helping people through their care. You'll move between the front and the back of the clinic as the day requires. The person who thrives here genuinely enjoys that variety and can shift gears without losing composure or accuracy. If you want one narrow lane and a predictable desk, this isn't the role. What You'll Do:

Client Finances Confidently explain financial commitments, care plans, and payment options Set up payment arrangements and collect payments in a friendly, direct, professional manner Maintain accuracy in financial records, billing systems, and reporting Follow up on account balances with clarity and respect Hands-On Patient Care Prepare treatment rooms and equipment between clients Assist our doctors with patient examinations and therapies Guide clients through prescribed exercises and stretches Capture client success stories through video testimonials and Google reviews Client Experience and Team Support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma and 2+ years in a client-facing, financial, or administrative support role Strong math skills and real confidence with numbers and transactions Comfort initiating conversations about money and collecting payments directly Genuine flexibility

• you'll wear several hats in a single shift High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and tact Excellent organization and attention to detail A polished, professional presence
• you communicate clearly and hold yourself to our standards for appearance and conduct
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to stand and move throughout the day; this is not a desk-only role Availability for the full schedule, including Mondays until 7:00 pm Preferred but not required: a certificate or 2-year degree in business, finance, or a related field; experience in health, wellness, or private practice; familiarity with medical office software.
