• Warwick, RI (Founding Team / Multi-Clinic Network) About the Role Join an established, walk-in, cash-based chiropractic clinic network with a strong and growing patient base across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.

This is a rare opportunity to join the founding team of our first Rhode Island clinic and help establish a strong culture, patient experience, and long-term growth trajectory from day one. Our practice focuses on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a supportive, modern wellness environment where doctors can focus purely on patient care while we handle marketing, operations, staffing, and administration. We utilize clear clinical systems to support a consistent, efficient patient experience while still allowing doctors to exercise professional clinical judgment. As our network continues to grow, we are expanding our chiropractic team to meet increasing community demand. Career Growth We are building a growing multi-clinic network across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island, creating opportunities for long-term professional growth and leadership . This role may evolve into Clinical Director responsibilities, including associate mentorship, clinical oversight, training, and helping shape clinic culture. As we expand, leadership roles and future partnership opportunities may be available for doctors who demonstrate strong clinical performance, reliability, leadership, and long-term commitment to the practice. In certain cases, qualified doctors may also have the opportunity to serve in a Professional Corporation (PC) role, in accordance with state regulations. We are open to both experienced chiropractors and newer graduates who want mentorship, structured systems, and a clear path for growth. Available Roles Full-Time

June 2026 Full-time doctors may occasionally provide support across the clinic network based on operational needs. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $85,000
