Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant / Front Office Team Member Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing chiropractic practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys helping people, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. No two days are exactly alike, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential!
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, friendly attitude Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying patient information and assisting with front desk duties Collecting payments and maintaining accurate records Assisting patients with prescribed therapies, including muscle stimulation and other therapeutic modalities Preparing treatment areas and ensuring they are clean and organized Cross-training in both reception and clinical support responsibilities Helping coworkers whenever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable learning new software and office procedures Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Willingness to cross-train and learn both front office and patient care responsibilities Previous medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
