Our team of experienced professionals is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized chiropractic treatments and holistic approaches. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our growing team. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and community-driven chiropractor who is passionate about both patient care and practice growth. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels as a compassionate caregiver, but also enjoys engaging with the local community to build relationships, increase awareness, and help expand the practice. The Associate Chiropractor will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality chiropractic care to our patients. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as educating them on lifestyle modifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for promoting health and wellness. Responsibilities Working knowledge on taking and analyzing spinal x-rays Learn new adjusting techniques to adapt to clinic culture Following HIPAA guideline for patient care Participate in community outreach and educational events to promote the benefits of chiropractic care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations, and evaluating posture and spine conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using chiropractic techniques, such as spinal adjustments, manual therapies, and other modalities. Educate patients on chiropractic care, lifestyle changes, and exercises to support their recovery and overall health. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments progress, and any changes in condition. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay informed about the latest developments in chiropractic care and integrate new techniques and practices as appropriate. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in and outside of the clinic. Conduct New Patient Appointments and first adjustments for those New Patients and deliver recommendations for care moving forward.Qualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from accredited chiropractic college. Valid state chiropractic license in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain one. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.Benefits:
