Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Chiropractor to join our dynamic medical healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient well-being and mobility. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' health while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who may want more autonomy in starting a practice but did not want to carry the overhead. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations, to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on acute pain management, rehabilitation, and overall patient care. Perform chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other manual interventions to alleviate pain and restore function. Utilize medical imaging and biomechanics knowledge to support accurate diagnoses of the musculoskeletal system. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive strategies using clear client communication skills. Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), documenting assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Expertise in physical assessments, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics to identify underlying issues. Proficiency in healthcare diagnosis, pain medicine, evidence-based practice, and medical terminology for precise patient evaluation. Skilled in patient assessment techniques such as biomechanics analysis and client communication to foster trust and understanding. Experience with pain management strategies including trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and patient rehabilitation. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and care planning. Ability to interpret medical imaging results and develop appropriate care plans aligned with best practices in primary care and occupational health.
