Job Overview We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' health while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, assessments, and physical examinations to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions. Develop personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Manage acute pain cases and provide effective pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs. Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging and musculoskeletal diagnostics to inform treatment decisions. Educate patients on physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, and injury prevention to promote active participation in their recovery process. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments using EMR/EHR systems while ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes in primary care and occupational health settings. Qualifications Valid chiropractic license with experience in musculoskeletal system diagnosis and treatment. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent client communication skills in both languages. Proven expertise in patient observation, physical assessments, and physical examinations. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and healthcare diagnosis procedures. Experience with chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain medicine. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and musculoskeletal diagnostics tools. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans focused on patient rehabilitation and pain management. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management.
