Weekend Chiropractor - Part-Time With Full-Time Potential HealthSource Chiropractic of Southwest Fort Worth is seeking a driven, dependable Doctor of Chiropractic who understands that exceptional patient care requires more than delivering a great adjustment. It requires strong communication, well-designed corrective care plans, consistent follow-through and a commitment to measurable results. Required Availability Our essential coverage needs are: Friday clinic hours Saturday clinic hours Tuesday morning team training Occasional community and marketing events along with office hours Additional weekday clinic hours are available, and we are open to developing this into a full-time position for the right doctor. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Communicate confidently and build trust quickly with patients Understand and can effectively lead the Day 1 and Day 2 process Can explain findings, corrective care recommendations and treatment plans clearly Understand the clinical reasoning behind corrective care—not simply symptom relief Take ownership of patient outcomes, conversion, retention and visit utilization Pay close attention to documentation, details and follow-through Are a self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and completes it without constant oversight Know your performance numbers and actively work to improve them Work well with doctors, rehab specialists and front-office team members Understand that practice growth comes from excellent care, communication, relationships and consistent execution What You'll Do Perform consultations, examinations, digital X-rays and re-evaluations Deliver clear, confident reports of findings Develop and manage individualized corrective care plans Provide chiropractic adjustments and oversee patient progress Collaborate with our progressive rehabilitation team Incorporate services such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy and corrective rehabilitation when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation Monitor patient progress, retention and care-plan utilization Participate in team training, meetings and performance improvement Represent HealthSource professionally at occasional community outreach and marketing events What We Offer An established, growing clinic with a strong support team Modern technology and multiple treatment options Structured systems, training and clearly defined expectations Competitive compensation with performance-based earning potential Additional weekday hours for the right candidate The possibility of a full-time role and continued leadership growth Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree Active Texas chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one Strong communication, organization and time-management skills Corrective care and Day 1/Day 2 experience strongly preferred Willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays and attend Tuesday morning training We are not looking for someone who simply wants to adjust patients and go home.
