Job Overview Join an energetic, patient-centered team dedicated to whole-body wellness. We are seeking a dependable, upbeat Chiropractic Assistant to serve as the direct assistant to Dr. Georges, helping ensure every patient receives exceptional, attentive care from the moment they walk through our doors. Role Overview In this dynamic role, you will be the bridge between patient care and clinic flow. Your primary focus is back-office patient prep and therapy support, with cross-training to support front-desk operations when needed. We are looking for a tech-savvy, bilingual team player with a genuinely positive, health-conscious mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment.
What We Offer Starting Pay:
$14.50/hour.

Key Responsibilities Direct Clinical Support:
Work closely alongside Dr. Georges to coordinate daily treatment flow and assist with patient care.
Patient Preparation:
Greet and guide patients to treatment areas, ensuring they are comfortable, informed, and warmed up with appropriate modalities/therapies prior to adjustments.
Room Turnover & Upkeep:
Maintain clean, sanitized, fully stocked, and organized treatment rooms throughout the day.
Documentation & Digital Records:
Accurately update electronic patient files, record therapy notes, and manage daily data entry.
Front-Office Support:
Assist the reception team with answering phones, patient scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Bring proactive energy, flexibility, and a positive, health-focused attitude to support daily clinic operations.
Qualifications & Skills Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) to communicate clearly and warmly with all patients.
Computer & Tech Literacy:
Strong digital skills with the ability to navigate electronic records, input data accurately, and learn practice software quickly.
Strong Work Ethic & Energy:
Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to contribute meaningfully to the practice every day.
Patient-Centered Demeanor:
Naturally upbeat, empathetic, and professional communication style.
Team-First Mindset:
Adaptable and eager to assist across both clinical back-office and administrative front-office tasks.
Availability:
Dependable and fully available to work during all clinic hours of operation. Prior chiropractic, medical, or therapy office experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
