Chiropractor - Integrative Wellness Center 369 Global Wellness Center Houston / The Woodlands-Conroe Area, TX Job Overview 369 Global Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered Licensed Chiropractor to join our growing integrative wellness team. Our center provides holistic and multidisciplinary care to Veterans, first responders, individuals with chronic pain, and members of the surrounding community. The Chiropractor will work alongside massage therapists, acupuncturists, naturopathic providers, counselors, and other wellness professionals to support whole-person care. Responsibilities Perform chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide chiropractic adjustments and related therapeutic services Treat patients experiencing back pain, neck pain, joint discomfort, sciatica, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal dysfunction Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Complete SOAP notes and other required medical records Coordinate care with massage therapists and other wellness providers Educate patients regarding posture, movement, stretching, and home-care recommendations Follow VA Community Care, insurance, HIPAA, and clinic documentation requirements Maintain professional, ethical, and patient-centered standards of care Support clinic outreach, wellness programs, and interdisciplinary treatment planning as appropriate Qualifications Active and unrestricted Texas Chiropractic license Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic program Current professional liability insurance Active NPI number Ability to pass credentialing and background requirements Strong documentation, communication, and patient-care skills Experience treating chronic pain, Veterans, or rehabilitation patients is preferred Familiarity with VA Community Care, TriWest, personal injury, or insurance billing is a plus Schedule Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling may be available. Availability may include weekdays, evenings, or selected weekends based on patient demand. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, schedule, and patient volume.
