Overview Are you an excellent adjuster who wants more than a job? A.M.I.T. Clinics is seeking an experienced Doctor of Chiropractic with exceptional hands-on adjusting skills to become the Clinic Director of our established Kaysville location. This is an opportunity to step into an existing practice with an established patient base, experienced team, recognized brand, clinical systems, and referral network already in place. The selected doctor will begin with a dedicated training period in the A.M.I.T. Method , working directly with our clinical team to develop proficiency in A.M.I.T. assessment, precise manual muscle testing, muscle reactivation procedures, treatment sequencing, and our overall approach to patient care. Once training is successfully completed, the doctor will transition into leading the Kaysville clinic, providing patient care, directing clinical operations, mentoring the team, and helping grow the practice. We are not looking for someone who already knows A.M.I.T. We are looking for a highly skilled chiropractor with excellent adjusting ability, strong clinical judgment, and the desire to learn a different way of evaluating and treating the body. Compensation Base salary:

$85,000•100,000 based on experience Plus monthly performance compensation averaging approximately $2,000•5,000 per month , based on clinic production.

If you take pride in being an exceptional adjuster, we especially want to hear from you. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations using the A.M.I.T. Method , including postural observation, orthopedic and neurological assessment, range-of-motion testing, biomechanical evaluation, and precise manual muscle testing to identify inhibited muscles and patterns of compensation. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring proper neuromuscular function, improving biomechanics, reducing compensatory stress, and helping patients return to normal activity and performance. Perform confident, precise chiropractic adjustments and A.M.I.T. muscle reactivation procedures as clinically indicated. Identify the underlying dysfunction contributing to pain or loss of performance rather than treating symptoms alone. Reassess muscle function and patient progress throughout care and modify treatment plans based on objective findings and clinical response. Educate patients about muscle inhibition, compensation patterns, injury prevention, and the steps necessary to restore and maintain function. Provide care for a broad patient population, including chronic pain patients, active adults, youth athletes, and elite/professional athletes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including examination findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes. Review imaging and collaborate with other healthcare and sports medicine professionals when appropriate to support comprehensive patient care. As Clinic Director, provide clinical leadership, uphold A.M.I.T. standards of care, mentor team members, and take ownership of the patient experience and clinical outcomes at the Kaysville location. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic program and an active Utah chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain Utah licensure. Excellent hands-on adjusting skills are essential. We are looking for a doctor who is confident, precise, and highly competent with manual chiropractic adjustments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, neurology, musculoskeletal function, and the relationship between muscle inhibition and compensation patterns. Experience performing comprehensive patient examinations, orthopedic and neurological assessments, range-of-motion testing, and musculoskeletal evaluations. Ability and willingness to become highly proficient in the A.M.I.T. Method , including precise manual muscle testing, identification of inhibited muscles, and muscle reactivation procedures. Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to look beyond the site of pain and identify the underlying biomechanical dysfunction contributing to a patient's symptoms. Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging and integrate relevant findings into patient care. Excellent communication and patient-education skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in a way patients can understand and trust. Strong leadership skills and a desire to take ownership of patient outcomes, clinic culture, team development, and the long-term growth of the Kaysville location. Prior clinical experience is strongly preferred. Experience treating athletes, active adults, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, or complex injury cases is a plus.
