A positive mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all of your work goals. Must be a self starter, take initiative, but also be able to work closely with others within the company and build long term relationships. Ability to assist and perform exercises, administer therapies moving about the clinic in an efficient manner while being on their feet over an 8 hour shift. Willingness to take on new challenges, build relationships within our community, and grow within the company. Ability to use Google Suite, IG/FB/Tiktok social media platforms, and be comfortable with assisting with creating social media content as well as being on camera to help promote the office. Our ideal team member must be comfortable working with patients, taking initiative, possess a diligent work ethic, and be willing to take on new challenges! Do you love community?
