What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients with a genuine smile and positive attitude Helping create a warm, upbeat office atmosphere Pulling and preparing patient charts for appointments Filing and maintaining organized patient records Scheduling appointments and answering phones Assisting patients throughout their visit Providing patient therapies under the direction and protocols of the chiropractor, including: Electrical stimulation, SoftWave therapy, and Therapeutic laser Preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently between patients Keeping treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for the next patient Supporting the chiropractor and team with daily office and patient-care needs Building meaningful relationships with our patients and their families Helping the office run smoothly and creating a great experience for every patient What We're Looking For The right person will be: Warm, friendly, and personable Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy office A positive, team-oriented person Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages Eager to learn and willing to take direction Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
