Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urogynecology care, including evaluation and management of pelvic floor disorders Perform exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans Assist supervising physicians with in-office procedures and perioperative care as appropriate to scope of practice Deliver patient education on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care, ensuring clear understanding Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record and maintain regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and best practices Precept or mentor staff and students as needed, supporting a culture of learning and professional growth Required Skills Urogynecology and pelvic floor disorder management Women's health assessment and treatment planning Pelvic examination and in-office procedure assistance Ordering and interpreting imaging and diagnostic tests Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Patient counseling and education on pelvic health Care coordination within multidisciplinary teams Prescribing and medication management Perioperative support and post-procedure follow-up Quality improvement and evidence-based practice implementation
