Job Description
Required Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's DegreeRequired Qualifications:
- Experience in complex financial operations, rebate operations, payment processing, or a related analytical environment
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, perform variance analysis, and investigate discrepancies
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL experience for data querying and analysis
- Experience interpreting client contracts, rebate terms, payment requirements, and setup logic
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, PBM, financial services, or large-scale payment operationsThe position supports the accurate and timely disbursement of approximately in annual client rebate payments, by owning end to end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, serving as the subject matter expert on client contracts and rebate terms, and partnering cross functionally with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management to resolve issues, perform variance and root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Interpret client contracts and rebate terms, execute payments in disbursement systems, research inquiries, and perform variance/root-cause analysis
- Partner with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management to resolve issues and drive process improvements
