University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation is hiring a Practice Plan Sr. Analyst in Middleton, WI. This is a full-time position.
Work Schedule:
This is a full time, day shift position. Typical work week is Monday - Friday, 8 -4: 30 pm. This is a hybrid position, when onsite you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct. in Middleton, WI. We are seeking a Practice Plan Sr.Analyst to:
Oversee preparation of statistic and productivity reports for Practice Plan Administration. Analyze data, provide summaries and recommendations. Provide advanced levels of business intelligence through financial analytics, project management, and committee support collaboratively, with other departments and business partners. Develop visualizations and models that highlight opportunities to support strategic planning and initiatives, improve performance, project future demand, and advance UW Health goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field required, or four (4) years of relevant financial analysis experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the required experience below. Master's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare or related field preferred Work Experience 5 years of professional experience in progressively advanced health care financial, planning or analysis roles required Prefer 7 years of professional experience in progressively advanced health care financial, planning and analysis including experience in one or more of the following:- payroll/physician compensation plans
- budgeting and/or financial systems
- data analysis and/or report application development
