Eden Prairie, MN CSI Companies is hiring a Rebate Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN (near the intersection of Shady Oak Rd and City W Pkwy). Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where?employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. Job Summary The Rebate Analyst is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of client rebate payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while interpreting contract terms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Pay :
Starting at $27 - 32 an hour based on experience
Hours:

Interviewing Immediately Job Duties:
Manage the end-to-end execution of rebate disbursements for an assigned client portfolio Interpret client contracts and rebate terms to ensure accurate and timely payments Serve as a subject matter expert on rebate agreements and resolve related issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Control, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, Client Management) to analyze variances and implement process improvements Respond to internal and external inquiries through research and data analysis Identify process inefficiencies and support initiatives to enhance workflows and operational controls Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher Proficiency in Excel Experience in financial operations, rebate administration, payment processing, or related analytical roles Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Experience using
