What you'll do: Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant in the Insights & Analytics Group will… What You'll Do Partner with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to generate and translate Real-World Evidence (RWE) into actionable insights that inform clinical, business, and strategic decision-making. Support evidence generation initiatives across the product lifecycle, using Real-World Data (RWD) to address key business and clinical questions. Work closely with project leadership, HEOR scientists, and cross-functional teams to understand research questions, shape analytical approaches, and support evidence generation projects. Analyze and interpret data and research findings to identify meaningful insights related to patient journeys, treatment patterns, outcomes, and other areas of interest. Support retrospective studies, patient journey analytics, and HEOR-related analyses by helping translate data and findings into clear business and clinical implications. Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to evaluate complex questions and develop hypotheses and insights. Synthesize findings from data, research, and other sources into clear, actionable recommendations for clients. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including senior client leaders. Develop expertise in RWD, RWE, HEOR, and evidence generation while gaining exposure to pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and the broader healthcare landscape. Contribute to the growth of a developing RWE capability through project delivery, knowledge development, and internal capability building. Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to broader firm initiatives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or PhD degree with a strong academic record in business, economics, life sciences, public health, epidemiology, health economics, statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in RWE, HEOR, life sciences consulting, healthcare strategy, healthcare analytics, or a related field. Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotech clients and familiarity with the pharmaceutical product lifecycle. Familiarity with Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), HEOR, patient journey analytics, retrospective studies, or related evidence generation work. Strong data fluency and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with quantitative information, interpret data and research findings, identify key insights, and translate findings into business and clinical implications. Comfort working with data and analytical outputs; hands-on programming or advanced statistical modeling experience is not required. Ability to collaborate effectively with HEOR scientists, analytics experts, and cross-functional teams to support the design, execution, and interpretation of evidence generation analyses. Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers. Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams. Client service orientation.
