Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Clinical Documentation Specialist to support the quality and accuracy of clinical documentation within Psychiatric patient charts. The Clinical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for conducting routine clinical documentation reviews and audits, identifying documentation deficiencies, monitoring compliance with established standards, and preparing clear and timely Quality Assurance (QA) reports . This position requires strong attention to detail, sound clinical documentation knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential patient information with professionalism. The ideal candidate should be thorough, dependable, able to identify inconsistencies or missing documentation, and committed to the company. Candidate must be willing to drive throughout the valley for meetings.
