In-person What You'll Do:

We are seeking a recovery-oriented ASW or AMFT to join our dynamic team! You must be a registered associate with your associate number at the time of application.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and case management services addressing social, medical, mental health, and substance abuse issues, offering emotional and administrative support to clients in both individual and group settings. Offer clinical direction and support to residential staff for milieu therapy, case management, and coaching as a clinical lead. Work closely with individuals transitioning from incarceration; comfort with this population is essential. Focus on creative programming and effecting positive change in clients' lives, free from DMH billing requirements. Receive supervision from an experienced MFT or LCSW, ensuring a rich clinical experience. Maintain a caseload of clients requiring therapeutic intervention. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify and address client needs. Develop individualized treatment plans to promote identified goals using the Recovery Model to instill hope, empowerment, and self-responsibility. Provide individual and group psychotherapy, case management, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, advocacy, psychoeducation, and coordinate services with appropriate follow-up on all referrals. Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and Seeking Safety to counsel clients. Encourage self-reliance and coach clients in building self-management skills. Review clinical notes routinely to ensure timely follow-up with clients. Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary staff to ensure clients' healthcare needs are met. Offer clinical guidance to residential staff on milieu therapy and rehabilitation as a clinical lead. Maintain required documentation and update client records in accordance with governmental and agency policies. Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and staff training sessions. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform other duties as required.

What We Need From You Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, MFT, Counseling, or a related field (required). Must be a registered associate with your associate number at the time of application (required). Licensed (Required) 2 years of relevant experience (Preferred) Comfort working with individuals transitioning from incarceration. Experience working with people experiencing homelessness, severe and persistent mental illness, and substance use challenges. Knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention, Part-R, CPR, and First Aid.
