Our clinic is located within the Lane Center for Academic Health Sciences and includes a private waiting area supported by trauma-informed staff. Services may be delivered in-person or virtually, depending on clinician preference and client needs. About the Role The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience is seeking skilled and compassionate therapists to join our cohesive, trauma-informed clinical team. We specialize in providing evidence-based treatment to individuals impacted by trauma, including veterans, active-duty military members, emergency responders, families, and survivors of critical incidents. This role offers flexible scheduling, including availability for evenings and/or Saturdays. Contractors operate as independent providers while benefiting from a highly supportive clinical infrastructure. Compensation Contractors are paid 65% of anticipated insurance reimbursement based on current fee schedules by payor. Payments are issued monthly and are not dependent on claim collection status. Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical services using evidence-based trauma treatments. Deliver individual therapy to diverse populations including: Active-duty and veteran military members Emergency responders Trauma survivors (e.g., physical trauma, disasters) Professionals experiencing burnout or vicarious trauma Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling systems. Participate in monthly team meetings (Thursdays 9a-10a hybrid). Qualifications Active, independent licensure in Colorado as one of the following: Licensed Psychologist, LCS, LMFT, LPC Demonstrated experience treating trauma in adult populations.
