Psychedelic Therapy Denver is a family-run, quickly growing psychedelic therapy center in Denver. We're seeking a licensed therapist to join us as a 1099 independent contractor providing psychedelic-assisted therapy to individuals and couples. Requirements Active Colorado licensure as an LPC or LCSW Completion of a recognized psychedelic therapy training program — Colorado Natural Medicine Facilitator (or Facilitator-in-Training) licensure strongly preferred Comfortable working with individuals and couples Who You Are A self-starter who is independent and self-directed in managing your caseload and clinical work Open and engaged when it comes to team collaboration Warm, professional, and grounded in your clinical presence Genuinely committed to the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy Comfortable operating with autonomy in a growing, evolving practice Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors invoice for their services at 60% of the client rate for each engagement — working out to approximately $180 per hour of client contact time depending on the service package. Location & Flexibility Some sessions may be conducted virtually, though at a minimum the final preparation session and all journey sessions are held in person. All in-person client work takes place at our Denver office. All clinical/administration meetings can be attended virtually or in person. What We Provide Physical office space SimplePractice profile and professional email Client billing and payment management Intake and consultation management Access to our Office Manager and administrative resources Guidance and mentorship (not clinical supervision) A Low-Overhead Role We keep non-billable time to a minimum. There are no required weekly or monthly meetings — team gatherings are optional, with only occasional required meetings for onboarding and similar essentials.
