You'll help clients build skills, access resources, and work toward recovery and independence while collaborating with a caring multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide individual CBRS and case management services Deliver crisis intervention and support Use behavioral therapy techniques to address client goals Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation (including ICD‑10 coding) Qualifications Meets Idaho requirements to provide Case Management and CBRS (Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field) Experience supporting individuals with severe mental health needs and crisis situations Strong understanding of behavioral therapy and recovery‑based practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Valid Idaho driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer $23
