HPI is a non profit agency providing services and education to people living with HIV and the community. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those infected with and affected by HIV. To do this we educate and test the community for

HIV, HEP

C, and STIs. We provide transportation, housing, case management, and clinical services. Our services are taken to the community, meeting people where they are, and leading them to self sufficiency. Our Client Services Department is looking to hire a Case Manager (preferably bilingual) for our Elkhart office. Duties for this position include managing a caseload, assessing the needs of Client's and connecting them with needed services. We offer a wide range of services. The Elkhart Office is currently open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm; Wednesday 8:30am- 6:30pm and Friday hours from 8:30am-12pm. Some local travel is required. Bachelors degree is required unless you have 5 + years of case management experience. Benefits include dental, vision, and health insurance.
